Co-Founder & CEO
Nadir is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of InteliMinds BPO. Prior to co-founding InteliMinds BPO, Nadir was head of operations at ‘Selfinity Solutions Private Limited’, a leading BPO company based in Bangalore where he was responsible for company’s operations, company’s growth and business development. He has also held various senior positions with ‘Nirvana Business Solutions Private Limited’ for several years. His prior experience includes several years with Manipal Informatics Ltd (Outbound Call Center), IMO Communications Pvt. Ltd. (B2B Solutions Provider), etc. Nadir holds an MBA in Operations from Sikkim Manipal University.
Co-Founder & Head of Business Development
Mohamed Shoaib is the founder and Head of Business Development of InteliMinds BPO. Shoaib is responsible for identifying and developing new business & markets for Inteliminds, he is also responsible for company’s strategic directions, coordinating and implementing marketing plans designed to maintain and increasing existing business to next level. Prior to joining InteliMinds, Shoaib was VP, Business Development at ‘Selfinity Solutions, a leading BPO company based in Bangalore where he was responsible for new business & strategy. He has also served several years in different positions at ‘Nirvana Business Solutions Private Limited’. His prior experience includes several years with Manipal Informatics Ltd (Outbound Call Center), ICICI, Pantaloons, etc. Shoaib holds Computer Science Degree from Oxford College of Engineering and BBM from Singhania University.
Pratap Thumboochetty is the co-founder of InteliMinds BPO. Pratap is also Founder & COO of INCITE, a global digital agency based in New York, London and Bangalore. He began his career as a research scientist at the Indian Institute of Science within the Supercomputer Education and Research Center at Bangalore after graduating in Electrical Engineering. He then went on to pursue his MBA at the prestigious Yale School of Management and graduated with a dual concentration in Strategy and International Finance. During his MBA program, Pratap interned with the Federal Communications Commission, helping draft policy and legislation for the Satellite Communications division. After Yale, as a part of Capital One’s Small Business division, Pratap was instrumental in developing new products and creating and growing the Loyalty Program. He then led Capital One’s foray into the Indian consumer lending market. During this time, he was also invited to write an advisory paper to the Ministry of Finance, Government of India, on leveraging data analytics within the Income Tax department. As an independent consultant, Pratap mentored large corporations such as JP Morgan and Barclays Bank, by offering strategic advises services related to India Entry.
Head of HR & Training
Felix currently works in the capacity of a HR & Training Head for Inteliminds BPO. Prior to Inteliminds BPO, he worked as a Contact Center Manager at “Contact Center International” (CCI) handling an account of the largest retail giants in Dubai, UAE. During his assignment there, he was credited with transforming the company’s business in the Middle East. He has also held various senior positions in the field of HR, Training & Operations with ‘Catalyst1Source, Mega Solutions, Nirvana Business Solutions & America Online Private Limited’ for several years.
He has also worked with many Australian, US & UK clients helping them facilitate and build their business in the Indian sector. [ITES/Education/Telecom domains] Felix Francis has earned his Degree and a MBA in Marketing. He is known to be a successful problem solver, able to deliver technology driven marketing solutions with innovative strategies geared towards increasing growth, service quality and customer retention. He is an entrepreneur at heart who pursues innovation and challenges.
Head of Operations
Harsha heads Operations at Inteliminds BPO. Prior to Inteliminds BPO, he worked with India’s leading marketing and advertising group DDB Mudra. During his assignment there, he was responsible for setting up and leading operations for India’s largest beer company’s branding activity. Harsha led operations at ‘Selfinity Solutions Private Limited’, a leading BPO company based in Bangalore. He has also held various senior positions in the field of Operations and Training & Operations at Nirvana Business Solutions & Aspinwall Technologies for several years. Harsha holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from APS College of Engineering, Bangalore.
Head of Quality & Performance Improvement
Roy heads the quality & performance improvement Inteliminds. Roy drives quality assurance and programs to ensure quality of service delivery consistently meets and exceeds established standards. He implements necessary certifications/ training for quality adherence across departments.
Roy has previously worked for over 12 years with Nirvana Business Solutions, India. He has extensive experience in managing and leading a variety of outbound and back office projects where he was responsible for ensuring that customer deliverables are measured and meet the qualitative and quantitative standards. Roy holds a MBA in Operations from Bangalore University.
